-Any arrivals over 15mins tardy- will be required to reschedule. We try our best to stay punctual for our guests. If you are running late please inform us so we can make arrangements, or reschedule your appointment.

-We at Dear. understand things happen- in the you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please be sure to notify us no later than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Failure to notify us in this time will incur a cancelation fee. This includes no call, no shows.
